What You’ll Need

Project name, award discipline and subcategory, project status, year of completion or development, and relevant project details.

A clear description of the project, the challenge or opportunity it addresses, the design approach, and what makes the work distinctive.

Prepare 4–8 high-quality images that clearly present your project. These may include finished-product photography, prototypes, sketches, renderings, interfaces or development images. Include at least one strong primary image that can represent your project.

Where relevant, you may provide additional materials such as a PDF presentation, video, animation, website link or other documentation that helps the jury understand your project.

Names of the designer, design team, studio, company, client or collaborators who should be credited for the work.

You will be asked to confirm that you have the right or authorization to submit the project and agree to the XCL Design Awards entry terms.
